General Band Booster Volunteering Opportunities
There are many areas where volunteers are needed throughout the year. We understand that every family’s schedule is different, but even helping for just one hour at a football game can make a big difference in helping us achieve our goals.
Below are the sign-up forms and a list of the areas where we typically need the most support each year. Please consider helping where you can - we truly can not do this without our amazing band parents!
Chaperones
Competitions / Band Trips / Parades (eg. July 4th), etc.
Fundraisers
Help with different fundraisers throughout the year
Hospitality
Band Camp meal help (setup, serving, clean up)
Band Camp snacks (preparation, serving)
Performance Meal help (Band Camp, during performances, etc.)
Will help when needed (as events are scheduled)
Props – Marching Band
Help with design and building of props for performances
Concessions Crew
Prepare and serve meals during home football games
Assisting with delivery and restocking of concessions
Pit Crew (Logistics)
Loading and unloading equipment trailer before or after performances
Set up and removal of field equipment before or after performances
Hauling the equipment trailer to and from performances
Uniform Help
Fitting uniforms during August Band Camp rehearsals
Help with uniforms before or after performances
